Lomar offers its customers a free sample sending service.

We invite you to send an email to info@leatherinflorence.com with the following information:

• The full shipping address and recipient's name.
• The telephone number for the courier.
• The reference number and name of the products you want as samples.

At this point, you will have the opportunity to choose between the following options:

• Free regular delivery via untracked priority mail, which may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

You can request a maximum of three samples. Please note that ordinary delivery, being untracked, could involve the risk of loss. If you do not receive anything after a few weeks, please inform us via email.

• Express courier with delivery within 3-4 days, with tracking of the shipment in Italy.

This service costs €10 and allows you to request up to 10 samples. Payment can be made via PayPal by sending €10 to info@leatherinflorence.com or by following the instructions on this link: [link to PayPal].

• Cash on delivery option (available only for shipments to Italy) at a cost of €10.
