Return and refund policies

  1. WITHIN AND NO LATER than 14 days from receipt of the goods, it is necessary to send a communication via email to info@leatherinflorence.com to start the return procedure.
  2. Please wait for email confirmation from our customer support team.
  3. In order to proceed with the return of the product, it is essential that the leather has NOT undergone any use or cuts. Otherwise, a replacement or refund will NOT be possible.
  4. We kindly ask you to include a COPY OF YOUR INITIAL ORDER inside the package, together with any instructions for the exchange procedure.
