Return and refund policies
You have a 14 day period to reconsider.
It's simple, here's how to do it in 4 steps:
- WITHIN AND NO LATER than 14 days from receipt of the goods, it is necessary to send a communication via email to info@leatherinflorence.com to start the return procedure.
- Please wait for email confirmation from our customer support team.
- In order to proceed with the return of the product, it is essential that the leather has NOT undergone any use or cuts. Otherwise, a replacement or refund will NOT be possible.
- We kindly ask you to include a COPY OF YOUR INITIAL ORDER inside the package, together with any instructions for the exchange procedure.
